ABSTRACT CURRICULUM VITAE:
My relationship with dance starts at a very early age, when i was 8 years old. That is probably why my education and training is so varied.
It is the discipline of contemporary dance and the research and work around contemporary dance and ballet that keeps me busy still actually.
My first interaction like teacher through dance lead me to Japan, where I gave trainings to students in Osaka in 2008.
Also in Japan I had the opportunity to learn more about the Butoh dance and the japanese traditional dance: kabuki.
I took classes in the Kazuo Ohno Studio with Yoshito Ohno, Kazuo Ohno’s son.
It was in 2004 when I decided to devote myself completely to dance in the professional dance Conservatory Reina Sofia, followed by the Superior Conservatory of dance in Madrid and in pedagogy of dance in the University Center of dance Alicia Alonso.
It has also been seven years now since I started the research related to Contact-improvisation and Choreography, organizing dance sessions in the Madrid dance scene in 2017.
It has also been five years now that as a choreographer I created ‘Game’, that won the first video competition of the University Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid. The second dance piece was “Out of Cover” that was released in the International festival Miradas al Cuerpo in Madrid in 2016.
Master degree in Scenic Arts Master in 2018. I am doing my PHD, my doctorate about the researching in the field of Physical Sciences and Sports at the European University of Madrid.
The research and studies about the pedagogy of the dance and sports is always in continuous development and everyday is a new challenge.
